No-Cost Webinar For Talented Black Women Who Are Tired Of In-house Competition & Want To Forge Teams & Inclusion Instead...

The 3 Step System Professional Black Women Are Using To Bring Diverse People Together So That All Feel Valued & Included!

What You'll Find Out...

  • How the divided political climate spills over into the workplace and ends up costing you losses in employee morale

  • Why it’s so hard to create an inclusive team in today’s multicultural workplace, and how not knowing how places limits on your organization’s ability to serve your clients and grow your business

  • The different worries secretly held by people of color and White people in multicultural organizations which makes them reluctant to share ideas and come up with better solutions together

  • Why people who want to speak up to make things better will instead stay silent and let things fester instead, so that everyone goes through unnecessary turmoil which wastes time and money

  • Why it’s not enough to admonish people to just respect one another if what you want is a team that collaborates better and gets things done more effectively and efficiently

  • Why “free” information actually can cost more than you realize

  • The 3-step framework I used with clients to help them create more inclusive teams where people felt valued for who they are, were empowered to become much more effective at their jobs, and weren’t always looking for another job to jump ship to.

  • How my clients learned to bridge differences in their organizations to produce more inclusive, productive work cultures
